Monday: 10:00AM - 11:30AM
Wednesday: 10:00AM - 11:30AM
Saturday: 11:00AM–12:30PM

(All classes are held at the Patio Room)

ATTENTION: SUMMER 2025

I will be out of town approximately from May 4th to the end of October. I will return for a couple of weeks in the second half of July and will teach following our regular schedule.

There will be weekly yoga class each Wednesday taught by Marci, my grecious substitute. There will be no classes on Monday or Saturday during my absence.
